  • How early should I arrive before class?
    You may enter the gym 5 minutes before your class begins.
  • What should my child wear to class?
    Students should wear comfortable play clothes that are free of zippers, buckles, and buttons. They are welcome to wear socks or be barefoot. Caregivers who are participating alongside their child should wear socks – no street shoes are permitted in the gym.
  • What happens if we have to miss a class?
    We will do our best to accommodate a missed class. One missed class per month can be made-up during the alternative day/time of that class if there is space available in the alternative class. If no space is available, missed classes can be made up during Open Play. A make-up class/Open Play must occur during the same month as the missed class.
  • Can I bring a carried infant into class?
    Yes! Carried infants must remain in their carrier during a Toddler Class, Family Class, or Open Play. Outside of the Bouncin' Babies Class, infants will not be allowed on the gym floor for safety reasons.
  • What are the monthly class fees?
    Classes are billed monthly at the following rates: $65.00 - 30 minute class $75.00 - 45 minute class $85.00 - 60 minute class Four (4) classes are included in each billing cycle. You are not billed for classes during scheduled gym closures.
  • Is there a registration fee?
    There is a $40.00 Annual Registration Fee per Student. This registration fee, along with active registration in a weekly class, qualifies the student as a member of Polliwogs Gym. Members receive discounted Open Play, Birthday Party, and Private Rental rates. For families that have more than one student enrolled in our programs, the registration fee is capped at $80.00 per Family. The Annual Registration Fee is billed when you first register for class and then will renew annually at the start of the next school year (September). For those joining mid-year or towards the end of a school year, the Annual Registration Fee will be prorated (January = $35, February = $30, March = $25, April = $20, May = $15).
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We do! Families receive 10% off sibling classes. This discount does not apply to Open Play, Camps, or Events.
  • What is your sick policy?
    We kindly ask that you keep sick kiddos home if they are not feeling well so that our gym friends aren't exposed.
  • How do I discontinue enrollment?
    Please email us to complete a Student Drop Form. Drop Forms must be received prior to the 1st day of the month in which you are discontinuing enrollment. Refunds are not offered if you notify us that your child is discontinuing after the 1st of the Month.
